Already during the company's first year of life, thanks to the capacity of the partners and the constant commitment towards providing top quality and highly reliable services, Asap obtained UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 certification for the provision of translation, interpreting and congress organisation services.

As proof of the company's commitment towards continual improvement and the organisational capacities it has matured, in 2006, Asap decided to extend the scope of its certification to the design of the service as well to invest in new information technologies (personalised management soft and FTP for exchanging large files with customers and suppliers).

Asap is constantly committed to guaranteeing maximum accuracy; each project is supervised by a Project Manager performing the following functions:

• Resource management
• Controls
